Enjoy lunch, conversation, games, & free fitness with Coach Wesley. Make your mark on the "Where in the World" maps, and browse the Book & Jewelry Exchange and Resource Table. Registration is required for the optional lunch.

Effective for our July 2024 Lunch Gathering, we are implementing an "early bird" registration offer. Please register by Sunday, July 21. Registrations after that date will incur an additional $3 fee.

Pay What You Can:
We strive to keep our activities as affordable as possible and honor a "pay what you can" rate for those who find the suggested fee to be a financial barrier to participation. To take advantage of the "pay what you can" offer, please register in advance and select to pay later during checkout. Then pay what you can at the door.

Where in the World:
Join in a new activity! Place colored pins on two large maps marking where in the world you were born and where you grew up. You will also have a chance to answer a few simple questions on paper so we all can learn more about the many different journeys that brought together our CHPV community. Our thanks to Dorothy Strang and CHPV's DEIA Team for their efforts on this initiative.

Congratulations to MIT graduate student Mingus Rae Zoller, daughter of CHPV members David Zoller and Mika Hoffman Zoller, for receiving the Gilliam fellowship funded by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in support of her work to advance Alzheimer’s research and equity. Read Mingus's story!

Mind Over Matter (MOM):
Healthy Bowels, Healthy Bladder Workshop
 
 
Over half of women age 50 and older have issues with bladder or bowel control at some time in their lives. Healthy Bowels, Healthy Bladder workshop gives women ages 50 and older the tools they need to take control of their bladder and bowel symptoms. This workshop primarily focuses on educating how to maintain healthy bowels and bladders. Learn about bladder and bowel control; at home exercises to help prevent or improve symptoms; tools to help you set goals and keep track of your progress.
