We are excited to host our 12th anniversary fundraising benefit at the AKARAMA Foundation with whom we partner for our popular Memory Café.

Getting There:
Free on-site parking at AKARAMA Foundation Community Service Center! Carpooling is encouraged. You must approach from 63rd St; there is no access from 62nd St.
CHPV Members may also request transportation.
Please submit your transportation request no later than 4pm, Tuesday, May 26.
