Join us and your fellow Hyde Park and South Side friends for a head start on celebrating the Lunar New Year.
- At 11:30 Grace Chan McKibben presents a brief overview of the Lunar New Year and its customs.
- Bring your own Lunar New Year or related cultural items for our "show and tell" table!
- Wear your favorite red and gold, something new for the new year.
- Browse our regular book and jewelry exchange
Schedule of Activities:
10:30 – Doors open early for Exercise with Coach Wesley Pulphus*
11:00 – Arrive early to chat with friends
11:30 – Grace Chan McGibben presents a brief overview of the Lunar New Year and its customs and other announcements
12:00 – Lunch is served
1:00 – Wrap-up
