Hyde Parkers March for "No Kings"

"I began hearing about people (some CHPV members such as Ruth Knack) who wanted to participate in the "No Kings" rally but were not able to go to Butler field in the Loop, so at 8 pm on Friday evening, I put out a notice on Good Neighbors for a place to meet for anyone who wanted to gather in Hyde Park. We probably had 25-30 join us for all or part of the walk along 55th St. from Nichols Park to Promontory Point; passing cars honked and waved!"
