The Hyde Park Art Center, University of Chicago Service League, and Chicago Hyde Park Village invite you to a monthly movie screening of a celebrated classic film. Our sincere thanks to the Hyde Park Art Center for generously supporting this series and sharing their space.
Suggestions: Enjoy lunch (with friends) before the film at the Art Center's Almendro Cafe, offering many yummy Mexican-themed delights or meet there afterwards for a snack and informal film discussion. Also, some participants have found the HPAC chairs to be hard so you may want to bring a cushion. We will also have a few available.
1:30 - 1:45 — Arrive and enjoy light refreshments while settling into your seat.
1:45 - 2:00 — Short introduction to film
2:00 - approx 3:45 — Screening

A poetic documentary following Fox Rich’s tireless fight to reunite her family, blending home videos and contemporary footage into a meditation on love, endurance, and the slow movement of time.
Getting There:
Parking at Hyde Park Art Center is extremely limited and street parking is scarce. Please consider carpooling or making transportation arrangements other than driving.
