Register by Sunday, August 25 for less!
Join us for lunch & conversation with great friends and neighbors!
Special this month, we welcome the SuperAgers team!
Dr. Emily Rogalski and Phyllis Timpo from U of C HAARC (Healthy Aging and Alzheimer's Research Care) Center share some of their community engagement work to promote resilience, resistance, and increased healthy lifespans as well as their research on Alzheimer's disease, related dementias, and Primary Progressive Aphasia. Plus we look forward to some of their SuperAger research participants to join and share their experiences.
Register Early for Less:
Effective for our July 2024 Lunch Gathering, we are implementing an "early bird" registration offer. Please register by Sunday, August 25. Registrations after that date will incur an additional $3 fee. Not sure how to register? Watch this video!
Pay What You Can:
We strive to keep our activities as affordable as possible and honor a "pay what you can" rate for those who find the suggested fee to be a financial barrier to participation. To take advantage of the "pay what you can" offer, please register in advance and select to pay later during checkout. Then pay what you can at the door. Note: the Lunch Gathering suggested fee is already reduced for CHPV Access Members.

Where in the World:
Chicago Hyde Park Village works every day to build a welcoming and inclusive community for all members and friends. Look for two large maps where we encourage you to place colored pins marking where in the world you were born and where you grew up. You will also have a chance to answer a few simple questions on paper so we all can learn more about the many different journeys that brought together our CHPV community. Our thanks to Dorothy Strang and CHPV's DEIA Team for their efforts on this initiative.
Getting There:
Free on-site parking at Augustana Lutheran Church!
CHPV Members may also request transportation.
