Are you interested in learning more about Parkinson’s disease (PD) and connecting with others? We work to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment to support and engage with others who are diagnosed with PD and their care partner. Our monthly Parkinson’s group is a great way to receive education and build support. Provided by the American Parkinsons Disease Association and UChicago Medicine. Facilitated by Sydney Jackson, MSW, and Dr. Nicole Reidy, LCSW, ICDVP.
