Field Trip to local Adult Care Facility

Learn about Chicago Commons, another resource for Adult Care Services in our neighborhood! Visit the facility and learn more about the care available for seniors in our community. This event is planned in collaboration with the University of Chicago Service League.

Getting There: Bus transportation provided at 10:30 at Windemere Apartments, 1462 E. 56th St, and a little later at Augustana Lutheran Church, 5500 S. Woodlawn. Parking also available near Chicago Commons or at Provident Hospital lot.
