This meeting will begin to discuss Halloween for 53rd Street in 2018. We have invited business owners and community stakeholders. As we begin collectively moving into strategic planning and development of an action plan we will add youth representatives. We envision a collaborative effort. Please RSVP via email to Raymonde Vance no later than 10 am January 18 2018. Please pass the word about the meeting to anyone who might be interested. The first meeting is not a planning session. The purpose is to access viewpoints, ideas and to add some context to what is and is not. Adding youth representatives will be in meeting #2 or #3.
