Please join Natalie Moore as she reads from her book that Ta-Nehisi Coates calls “an exquisite exploration of a portion of Chicago that has long embodied the problems and promise of black America”. Natalie will join Isis Ferguson and Heather I. Robinson in an open discussion about growing up on the storied south side, the struggles and triumphs of the community and the history of segregation that defines our great city.

Remarks will be made by Bridget Gainer followed by audience Q&A. Books will be available for sale and author signing. This event is free and open to the public; however, RSVP is recommend.
