Enjoy great conversation with friends over an Oktoberfest-themed lunch. Learn a brief history of Oktoberfest while sampling a small selection of craft beer ... and bring your own beverage to enjoy or share!

DROP-IN EXERCISE IS BACK!

At 10:30am, before the Drop-In begins, Coach Wesley Pulphus leads us in a brief fitness session. This workout designed for older adults specializes in mindset, flexibility, balance, and accountability training. Coach Wesley has been coaching for over 24 years. He is a personal trainer for several CHPV members and leads CHPV's weekly Friday Zoom fitness session generously supported by the SHARE Network.
