Registration:
Registration is required by Tuesday, September 13, 5pm for the optional lunch (menu below).
Registration is not required if you do not wish to purchase lunch. You may bring your own lunch, if you wish.
Schedule of Activities:
10:30 – Doors open early for cards, games, and exercise
11:00 – Play Bingo, win a prize! One-and-All
11:30 – Drop-In begins
12:00 – Lunch & conversations
1:00 – Wrap-up

Garden Salad
Cookies
Fresh Fruits
Lemonade & Water
COVID-19 Precautions:
Face masks encouraged.
CHPV COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Record required (only needs to be completed once). Completing the record does not mean you have registered; it is a separate action.
Transportation:
Free on-site parking at Augustana Lutheran Church!
CHPV Members may also request transportation.
