Frida Kahlo Timeless Exhibition
Presented by the Cleve Carney Museum of Artand the McAninch Arts Center at the Collegeof DuPage, this comprehensive presentation of the life and works of the artist Frida Kahlo will feature 26 original pieces as well as an immersive historical exhibit that provides a framework of the life, circumstances and events that led to Kahlo becoming one of the most important painters of the 20th century and of our time.
Tres Fridas Project: Reimagining Art Through the Disability Lens
Collection includes recreations of Dos Fridas, Mona Lisa, Rosie the Riveter, The LastSupper, Whistler’s Mother, Old Guitarist, Christina’s World and more, all with the subjects being people with disabilities.
