Monthly on the First Fridays
Hyde Park Art Center

PLEASE NOTE: Special start time this month at 2pm instead of the customary 1:15.

The Hyde Park Art Center, University of Chicago Service League, and Chicago Hyde Park Village invite you to a monthly movie screening of a celebrated classic film.

Film: The Haunting (1963)
1963, G, 1h 52m
Hill House has stood for about 90 years and appears haunted: its inhabitants have always met strange, tragic ends. Now Dr. John Markway has assembled a team of people who he thinks will prove whether or not the house is haunted. (IMDB.com)

Suggestions:
Enjoy lunch (with friends) before the film at the Art Center's Almendro Cafe, offering many yummy Mexican-themed delights or meet there afterwards for a snack and informal film discussion.

Some participants have complained that the HPAC chairs are hard so you may want to bring a cushion. We will also have a few available.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Our sincere thanks to the Hyde Park Art Center for generously supporting this series and sharing their space.
